WHY WALLARTSHOP?

The reason is simple, a unique image not available anywhere else, outstanding quality frame and canvas material. It's that simple, place your order today and if you are not 100% satisfied with the results, simply contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you 100%.

CAN YOU ASSURE ME OF WHO I AM DEALING WITH?

WallArtShop is a subsidiary of Craig Photography and Create UK. We are a Private Limited Company and we are also VAT registered. We operate from registered Commercial Premises in Wigan, Greater Manchester.

Please note that many small web traders operate out of private (residential) addresses and are not VAT registered, either because their turnover is less than £57,000 per year, or because they are simply breaking the law. Many are not even registered UK companies. Please be careful about who you deal with on the internet. If you buy a product that develops a fault after 6 months and the company you bought it from no longer exists (or never did), you will have an incredibly hard time getting anything done about it.

HOW DO I KNOW MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE SECURE?

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

HOW WILL MY WALLART BE DELIVERED?

We will endeavour to despatch orders within five working days via Royal Mail's Recorded delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER TO THE WHOLE OF THE UK?

YES

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?

In general, no. Due to excessive fraud from some overseas countries, we are unwilling to despatch goods outside the UK. If you have a desperate need, and can offer proof that your order is genuine then we may, at our discretion, deliver to an overseas address at an additional cost to the customer.

HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY?

As each order is indiviually processed, please allow up to 3 days for production of your order. Standard delivery usually takes between 2 and 3 working days! Next day delivery is self explanatory. Please note delivery can be delayed if there is nobody available to sign for the package

CAN I ARRANGE A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE WITH YOU?

Yes, however there would be extra cost for Saturday delivery. If you wish to arrange a Saturday delivery please call 01942 513462.

WHAT IF I AM NOT IN WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVER?

If you order goods to be delivered to an address, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods can be accepted at that address. All delivery's are made between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday. We recommend that customers should have goods delivered to a work address where applicable. All orders require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the goods, a card will be left enabling you to arrange another delivery date. You MUST contact the carrier within 24 hours of a failed delivery attempt. We reserve the right to charge for our delivery costs on items that are returned to us due to a failure on your part to contact the carrier in a timely manner. We are unable to re-despatch items or make refunds until we have received goods back from the carrier.

IS MY ORDER INSURED AGAINST DAMAGE IN TRANSIT?

Yes it is. However, you must inform us of any damage immediately so that we can claim on our courier. In order for a claim against the carrier to be successful any damage to the shipping carton MUST be noted on the delivery documentation.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

WallArtShop offer a complete refund if goods are simply not to the customers satisfaction, this refund is valid for fourteen days from receipt of goods.

CAN I TELEPHONE YOU TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, Our sales staff can be reached on 01942 216611 between 9:30 and 5:30 Monday to Friday.

CAN I SEND MY ORDER BY POST?

Yes, please send cheques or postal orders including details of product number and quantity to the address provided in contacts.

DO THE PRICES SHOWN INCLUDE VAT?

Yes our prices are fully inclusive of VAT, there are no hidden extras.

WHAT IF I WISH TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Due to the prompt delivery service we offer the cancellation of orders is very difficult as they are normally sent to you the same day as the order is received. However if for whatever reason you do wish to cancel the order please contact us promptly so that we can endeavour to meet your request.

WHAT IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT?

If you have a complaint about a product we have supplied, or our service, please contact us. We aim to handle complaints in a fair, confidential and effective manner.

WILL YOU SEND ME UNSOLICITED EMAILS?

We do not send random marketing emails (SPAM) to personal email addresses. We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
